Leyburn is situated in the village of Torcross on a bank with outstanding views over Slapton Ley and on out to Start Bay and the Mew Stone at the mouth of the River Dart.

We are a private house with just three letting rooms. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV and arm chairs or settee. We have plenty of car parking space and also a large field and wood where badgers can often be seen.

The Master Bedroom is a large upstairs room with a double bed and an en-suite shower and toilet. There is ample room for an extra bed if required. It looks out over Slapton Ley and Start Bay. You can enjoy watching and listening to the wildlife in the Nature Reserve only a few yards from the bedroom window.

The downstairs Double Bedroom, is a good size with en-suite bath with shower and toilet. Being on the ground floor it is ideal for those who find stairs difficult.

The Twin Bedded room is also downstairs and has sufficient space for a third bed if required. Whilst it is not en-suite, it does have its own bathroom and toilet just a few feet along the corridor.

The large Breakfast Room has breathtaking views across a much admired garden, over the Ley and on out to sea.

We operate a “No Smoking” policy in the house so as not to offend those who follow.
